Can Customers really Trust Cable TV Companies?
As a customer, we try to make sure that the product we are getting is worth our money and time. We make sure that every detail of it is discussed and explained. We tend to be annoying when we do this but hey, if you worked hard for that money then yes, we have the right to demand an explanation. I know for a fact that most of the time people do this so don’t tell you don’t.
Subscribing to a cable TV companies are sometimes scary especially if it’s your first time to subscribe for cable. Service warranty is given yes but this is standard company policy. They will give their customers an amount of time to see if they are satisfied with their services. But what happens if the warranty is over? Can you still be sure that you are getting the same service once the warranty is over? What if it sucks in the end? You see, thoughts like this will only give you more paranoia or worse you end up pulling out your subscription without even getting to see if they are worth subscribing to or not.
